Have you ever noticed the cost of energy just keeps going up?
Since 2008, hundreds of thousands of solar panels have popped up across the country as an increasing number of Americans choose to power their daily lives with the sun’s energy. Thanks in part to the solar energy technologies offices investments, the cost of going solar goes down every year. You may be considering the option of adding a solar energy system to your homes roof or finding another way to harness the sun’s energy. While there is no one size fits all solar solution there is an answer for every home.
At XLNT SOLAR we first define what your energy needs are now. What the energy company has been charging you in administration and delivery fees versus the actual wattage is that you’re using. Then, with the satellite image of your home we can determine how many panels can be installed up on your roof, and the number of kilowatts you can produce. We often find that many homes completely offset their energy bill. Many even over produce energy and can sell it back to the utility company.
So how does solar work?
Once we determine the amount of energy you use versus the amount of energy you can produce then it becomes a simple question. Do you want to continue to pay somebody else to provide something that you can do for yourself? If you pay on average $200 a month to your electric company, would you choose to continue do that or would you rather pay less than that a month to own your own electrical power plant? For most people that’s a very easy answer.
